Group Buys

What is a group buy?

Group is a very common method of pre-order in this hobby. Payments will be collected ahead of time to fund the manufacturing of products, and therefore there is often an extended timeline from the order date to when the product is shipped out, with these timelines ranging from a couple weeks to several months. I don’t have any reason to believe this will be delayed extensively and I will do my best to deliver on time, but hey, you know things can get fuzzy this time around.

If a group buy item does not hit Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), all orders for that item will be cancelled. Those orders will not be subject to the 3% cancellation fee.

Refund for my Group Buy purchase? 

The fund collected from GB will be transferred to the manufacturing side very soon after the closure of GB, so there would be no refund due to this. But hey, always email us and we can work things out!!

Can I transfer my GB spot?

No no no. Too much complication in the process!


Where do we ship from?

We ship from US-PA.

Mixed Cart?

If you have both group buy product and in-stock product in your order, the fulfillment will start after all products are ready to be shipped.

Return policy?

We do NOT accept returns as an industry standard. However, feel free to email us and we will help on a case-by-case basis.

Cancel order?

Generally no, but still, shoot us an email and we will see. Keep in mind there is a cancellation fee of 3.7% of order value + $0.30 per order, which does not apply to group buy items that fail to hit MOQ.

Combine orders and refund shipping?

That depends on the items. No combining for orders estimated to ship out in different time. The rest can be negotiated via email.

Change shipping address?

Yes, email us. There may be additional shipping charges depending on your new address.

My package never arrived, what do I do?

Email us, we will see. Route insurance is highly recommended.

Can I get my lost item reshipped?

Cannot guarantee since things are often limited in stock. But we can work something out! Again, Route insurance is highly recommended.
